What is Nightfall?

When a boy reaches adolescence many changes happen within the body. one among the most change is that the growth of sex organs and hormone changes within the body. As a results of hormone changes within the body a young boy starts to masturbate and has dreams of sex. thanks to the dreams and masturbation he can suffer from involuntary ejaculation. This condition is named nightfall.

Doctors will propose to many methods  which will help in reducing incidents of nightfall. Those  are avoiding spicy foods, proper diet and exercise like jogging, urinating before getting to bed, avoiding porn, avoiding constipation, reading good books and taking note of soothing music before getting to bed. people that are taking testosterone medicines should stop taking the medicines or reduce its dosage to avoid nightfall.
